Our team's project experience:

• Team lead for $35 million USD Young Africa Works in Kenya – Youth Employability through TVET program funded by the Mastercard Foundation
• Led outcome harvesting process with program partners across 25 TVET institutions in Kenya to capture program results and impact
• Technical lead for a diverse >$75 million portfolio of programs focused on youth employment and skills training funded by Global Affairs Canada and Mastercard Foundation
• In-country lead for a $20 million TVET program funded by Global Affairs Canada; established and managed new field office in Kenya including supervising staff and oversight of all field operations
• Conducted baseline and midterm evaluation for the Promotion of Youth Employment and Vocational Training in Kenya, funded by KfW
• Expanded the project portfolio at Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto through relationship building and competitive processes with funders and external partners
• Managed multiple donor-funded international projects with a technical and vocational training focus in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East
• Supported the inception phase of a 5-year $20 million program funded by Global Affairs Canada to enhance Kenya’s TVET sector
• Developed monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy and supported baseline and annual data collection and analysis for the Kenya Education for Employment Program
• Supported the inception phase of a 5-year $12.5 million TVET and youth employment program in Egypt funded by Global Affairs Canada
